WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Gift certificates purchased online can be used online and in the store. Gift cards purchased at the store can also be used in both places. However, if you wish to use a gift card online purchased in the store, please contact us by e-mail to receive a personal gift card code.
Remember to attach an image of your physical gift card to your e-mail.

DELIVERY

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an SMS and / or e-mail with a package number and a tracking link. Additionally, you can find the package number and tracking link on your PERSUEDE account, which is why it is a good idea to create an account when you are at checkout.
 
DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY ABROAD?
We offer worldwide delivery. However, we do not offer free shipping abroad and the price is higher than on delivery in Denmark.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
From we send the package, until you receive it at your chosen delivery address or at your local package store, is usually 1-2 business days.
However, you should be aware that it may take 3-15 days, from you order online, to you receive the package. All of our jewellery is handmade in Copenhagen and most jewellery is made after ordering, which gives a longer delivery time. If the order is a gift and must be given within 15 days, we want you to send us an email with an urgent request.
Most of our earrings, necklaces and bracelets are in stock and can therefore be shipped within 1-3 business days.

RETURN & CHANGE

CAN I RETURN OR REPLACE MY ONLINE ORDER IN YOUR SHOP?
Yes, you can definitely do that without any problems. However, remember to bring your order confirmation in physical (print) form or digitally.
HOW TO CHANGE ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT ONLINE?
If you want to switch a product to another or another size, please contact us by email at info@persuedestore.com, then send the product back to us to the address below or stop by the store. However, you should be aware that we only exchange products that are not used and appear to be brand new.

IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY MONEY BACK?
As soon as we have received the returned item, and have registered it in our system, we will refund the money. You will see the money in your account within 5-10 business days.
CAN I CHANGE A JEWELLEY TO ANOTHER SIZE?
You can change the jewellery within 30 days, valid from the day you receive the item, against submission of a valid receipt. On the webshop, you can change the jewellery to a proof of payment or return the jewellery and get the money back - however, you need to contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Please note that we only refund the refund amount to the card used for the purchase.
HOW SHOULD I SUBMIT MY RETURN PACKAGE?
We recommend that you send the return pack in sealed packaging and with Track & Trace.

HOW LONG IS THE 'CHANGE AND RETIREMENT PERIOD' FOR A GIFT?
All items purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. If the order is a gift, we offer extended exchange deadline - state the date of when the gift is given to the recipient under the notice of the checkout.
SHOULD I ALSO PAY FOR THE RETIREMENT?
The buyer must pay for the return freight. You can contact us by e-mail and receive a return label for 35 kr. Incl. The tracking price for this return label will be offset by the original refund amount.

HOW LONG IS THE TIME OF TREATMENT OF RETIREMENT PACKAGES?
Return packages are usually processed on the day of receipt. During busy periods, treatment time may be longer.
